Quality Control Process
Every batch of structural steel, cast components, bearings, and electrical parts is inspected on receipt. We verify grade, dimensions, and supplier certification before materials enter the workshop.
Critical dimensions of machined components . shafts, die holders, vibrator mounts . are measured at the machining stage to catch deviations before assembly, not after.
During assembly, all mechanical fits, clearances, alignment tolerances, and electrical connections are verified against the design drawings by experienced technicians.
After assembly, every machine is run without load for a defined period. All mechanical and electrical systems are observed for noise, vibration, heat, and correct operation.
Selected machines undergo a loaded trial run using actual raw material. Output bricks or blocks are inspected for dimensional accuracy, strength, and finish quality.
A formal pre-dispatch checklist is completed and signed off before every machine leaves our facility. Customers receive a copy of this record with their machine documents.
Standards We Follow
Structural frames are built from IS-grade mild steel. Shafts and moving parts are machined from EN-grade alloy steel appropriate for the load application.
All electrical panels, motors, and wiring follow standard industrial practices. Motors are IE2/IE3 efficiency class where applicable.
Mould boxes, die holders, and compression plates are manufactured to defined tolerances to ensure consistent brick/block dimensions across production runs.
Machines are fitted with appropriate guarding, emergency stop provisions, and electrical safety protections in line with industrial safety requirements.
All exposed structural steel is shot-blasted and finished with industrial-grade primer and topcoat paint to prevent corrosion and extend operational life.
Every Pendhari machine comes with a defined warranty period covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms are stated clearly in the sales order and invoice.
If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we repair or replace the affected component at no charge . promptly and without bureaucratic delays. Our reputation is built on standing behind what we build.
