Technical drawings and fabrication plans are prepared by our in-house engineering team. Critical dimensions, load calculations, and component specifications are finalized at this stage.
We source only quality-certified steel, castings, bearings, and electrical components from trusted suppliers. Every batch of raw material is inspected before entering production.
Structural frames are cut, welded, and machined to precise tolerances in our workshop. CNC machining ensures consistency across all moving parts, shafts, and die holders.
Mechanical components, hydraulic systems, pneumatic circuits, and electrical panels are integrated by experienced assembly technicians following standardized assembly procedures.
Each machine undergoes a dry run test and a production trial using actual raw materials. Output capacity, brick/block quality, and all safety systems are validated before dispatch.
The machine is properly packed, protected for transport, and dispatched with full documentation including operation manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
Our technicians visit your site for installation, commissioning, and operator training . ensuring you are fully operational and confident in running the machine from day one.
